Good chocolate, made responsibly

We buy whole cacao pods — from our own farm and directly from the families who grow them — and do everything after harvest ourselves. [copy to workshop — expand with real commitments]

Whole pods, not beans

Most makers buy beans someone else fermented. We buy the ripe pods themselves — from our own farm and directly from growing families — so the fruit is ours from the day it is cut.

Everything after harvest is ours

Fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding, moulding — one company, one chain. Every bean traced from pod to bar, because we never let go of it.
